What are your hobbies outside of working?

I like reading, writing creative stories, running, swimming at the beach and singing.

How do you connect with young people?

I connect with young people by treating them with respect, and as an individual. I think its important to help young people expand on their interest and allow them to be themselves.

What were you like growing up?

Growing up I was very shy but would become the loudest kid in the room once I become comfortable. I was into a lot of extra school activities, such as enviro team, choir, school band, productions and cross country.

I was very into sport growing up, I grew up doing ballet, netball, athletics and footy. I did always feel like a bit of an outcast as a kid because I was quite shy and struggled to make friends. I grew out of my shell a lot as I got older.
