Madisyn M - Support Worker
Madisyn M - Werribee
(mad-uh-sin)
What are your hobbies outside of working?
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me out for a run, hunting down the next piece for my Disney collection, or trying a new restaurant or cuisine I haven't tasted before!
What inspired you to become a Support Worker?
My path here started with studying Nursing and Paramedicine, but it was having a sibling with Autism that really shaped my passion for this work. Seeing the difference the right support can make in someone's life firsthand, combined with my love of helping others, made becoming a Support Worker feel like a natural fit. At the end of the day, there's nothing better than knowing I've made someone's day a little brighter.
What were you like growing up?
I was always active and outdoors — sports were a huge part of my childhood, and that love of staying busy and moving has stuck with me ever since.
What qualifications do you have?
Bachelor of Nursing/Bachelor of Paramedicine (Currently Studying)
First Aid & CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Working with Children’s Check
