Milcah - Support Worker

Milcah - Wyndham & West Melbourne

What are your hobbies outside of working?

Outside of work, I love keeping active with gym and Pilates, getting creative by making my own flower arrangements, and spending quality time with family and friends.

What inspired you to become a Support Worker?

I’ve always had a passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives. I love building genuine connections with the people I support, helping them achieve their goals and grow their independence. For me, it’s the meaningful relationships you build and seeing the people you support grow in confidence and achieve things they’re proud of that makes this role so rewarding!

What were you like growing up?

Growing up, I was a little shy at first, but once I felt comfortable, my personality really came out! I had a big imagination and loved anything creative, especially drawing, singing, fashion and playing with my dolls. I also loved spending time outdoors, whether it was water play, riding my scooter, rollerblading, jumping on the trampoline or going to the playground. I enjoyed playing Nintendo and computer games and have always had a soft spot for animals!
