Rochelle brings four years of hands-on NDIS administration experience to the First Step team, with a background spanning rostering, recruitment, compliance, invoicing, payroll, and intake. She is highly proficient across a range of disability sector platforms, and has a deep understanding of the SCHADS Award and what it takes to keep a complex roster running smoothly.
Rochelle has a genuine passion for getting the details right - because she knows that behind every shift, every service agreement, and every schedule change is a real person and a family who are counting on us. Her approach to her work is guided by a simple principle: treat every participant the way you would want someone you love to be treated.
When she's not untangling a rostering puzzle (her words - and yes, she enjoys it), Rochelle is a warm and dedicated team member who brings both expertise and heart to everything she does.
