Ysabel brings a wealth of experience in NDIS administration and allied health operations to the First Step team. With a background spanning support work, allied health, and disability services administration, she has a deep understanding of the systems and processes that keep NDIS providers running smoothly.

Ysabel is experienced across ShiftCare, Splose, Halaxy, and PRODA, and has handled service agreements, funding management, onboarding, and compliance across a range of NDIS settings. She is passionate about getting the details right so that participants and staff are supported the way they deserve to be.

As our Administration & HR Manager, Ysabel works across both our Support Work and Allied Health teams - making sure nothing falls through the cracks and that the people who matter most always come first.
