Group Programs
Something new is coming soon……
The “ME” Project
A new kind of group for women who’ve been burnt out by “support spaces” that didn’t actually feel supportive.
You know the ones - where everyone pretends they’re fine, the chairs are uncomfortable, and somehow you’re the only one who needs to sit down halfway through? Yeah. Not here.
Enter: The “ME” Project.
It’s designed for women with chronic illness or invisible disabilities who are done masking, done overdoing it, and so done feeling like the “difficult one” in the room.
It’s designed for mums living with a disability who may have lost a little bit of their spark along the way - somewhere between fatigue, school pick up & appointments.
This space is slow. It’s soft. It’s co-designed with you - because no one knows what you need better than you.
🌿 Group 1: The “ME” Project – Mums Edition
For mums with disabilities who are juggling it all
Between parenting, advocating, appointments, and remembering to breathe - it’s easy to forget who you are.
This group is about reconnecting with yourself, and with other mums who get it.
Come as you are.
Lie down if you need. Bring snacks. Bring your whole self. We don’t care how long it’s been since you’ve washed your hair.
This is your space to be seen and supported - not supervised.
📍 Launching soon in Geelong & Wyndham
✨ Group 2: The “ME” Project - Invisible Not Imaginary
For women with chronic illness or invisible disabilities
No more identical weeks, no forced crafts, no pretending you’re okay. We’ll build each session around what actually works for you.
This is for you if you:
Feel like you’ve lost yourself somewhere between pain, fatigue, and appointments
Want real connection, not performative “positivity”
Crave rest, laughter, and low-pressure community
