Molly G - Support Worker

Molly G - Wyndham

What are your hobbies outside of working?

Outside of work, I love spending time with my two girls, ages 8 and 4. I enjoy Pilates, walking my big puppy and hanging out with my friends

What inspired you to become a support worker?

I've worked in healthcare for the past seven years, and during that time, I developed a strong passion for supporting others. However, it was my daughter’s autism diagnosis a few years ago that truly inspired me to become a support worker. Experiencing the challenges and rewards of navigating her journey opened my eyes in a new way. I find it incredibly fulfilling to help others, and being a support worker allows me to make a real, positive impact every day.

What were you like growing up?

Growing up, I was energetic and curious. I loved spending time with my friends, being social, and staying active. I thrived in engaging environments and learned best through social/ physical learning.
